Five Below is seeking a capable store crew leader in San Antonio to drive customer engagement and front-end excellence. You will supervise daily operations, coach team members, and help maintain high standards for service and merchandising.

We value at least 2 years of management experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This hourly role supports a dynamic team dedicated to an amazing guest experience.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures crew delivers WOW customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve customer service goals set by leadership.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and store cleanliness.
• Performs manager duties in the absence of the store manager.
• Recruits, trains, coaches and supervises crew members.
• Coordinates with leadership on communications and merchandising.
