Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional in Texas to manage crew, train teams, and ensure outstanding customer service on the sales floor. You will help oversee daily operations, assist with stock, and drive sales while maintaining a high-energy, guest-first environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check-out experience.
• Oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store as needed, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including trash, sweeping, restrooms, and stock room upkeep.
