Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Front Desk operations to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate Front Desk staff; address performance as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and group needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs/LSOPs; motivate staff to deliver quality service.
• Oversee Guest Service Agents and handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Maintain regular attendance and fulfill other duties as assigned.
