Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Redwood City property. You will supervise front desk staff, ensure smooth guest check-in/out, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue through teamwork and efficient service.

The role requires strong English communication, professional appearance, and the ability to handle high hotel activity while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage and train front desk staff effectively.
• Strong math, reporting, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train staff, evaluate performance and recommend discipline when needed.
• Respond to guest requests and accommodate groups to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Supervise daily Front Desk operations to maximize revenues and service quality.
• Supervise the Guest Service Agents.
• Remain calm during emergencies, resolve guest issues and authorize revenue adjustments as needed.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
