Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Manager to supervise the daily operations of the Front Desk staff at our Los Angeles property, with a focus on maximizing revenues and guest satisfaction. You will lead and develop the front desk team, ensuring professional service and smooth shift handoffs.

Responsibilities include staff interviewing and training, handling guest requests, enforcing SOPs, and resolving conflicts to maintain high service standards and guest loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate Front Desk staff; address performance and conduct as needed.
• Respond to guest requests, issues, and concerns to ensure high guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Implement company programs and supervise Front Desk operations to maximize revenue and maintain service quality.
• Supervise the Guest Service Agents and ensure smooth daily front desk operations.
• Remain calm and decisive in emergencies, resolve customer issues promptly, and authorize revenue adjustments when appropriate.
• Attend as required and perform other duties related to the position.
