The role requires a minimum of 2 years in hotel supervision and preferred Marriott experience; English communication is essential, with strong math and problem-solving abilities to handle front desk tasks and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2 years in a hotel supervisory position is required.
• Marriott experience is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Proficient in basic math and calculator use.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance and address disciplinary actions as needed.
• Respond to guest requests and group needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Implement programs and supervise Front Desk operations to maximize revenue and service quality.
• Supervise the Guest Service Agents.
• Remain calm during emergencies and resolve customer issues using sound judgment.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
• Assist with additional job-related tasks as needed.
