Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room key and escort instructions to Bell person or guest.
• Transmits and receives messages using hotel systems and phones.
• Answers inquiries about services, directions, and area activities.
• Keeps records of room availability and guests’ accounts.
• Computes bills, collects payments, and makes change.
• May make reservations and deposit valuables.
