Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership professional to coach crew, drive customer engagement, and ensure fast, friendly checkouts. You will train staff on the BEST customer service experience, supervise front-end operations, and maintain store standards while leading by example in a dynamic discount retail environment.

This hourly role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and flexibility to work day/evening/weekends.
