Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in computer software applications, including MS Office.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating food and beverage events and functions.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to develop creative menus.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for billing and reporting purposes.
