You will handle check-ins/check-outs, assist guests with local recommendations, and coordinate with other departments to ensure memorable stays.

Experience in hospitality, strong communication, and cash handling skills are essential. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced luxury

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in hotel or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and hotel PMS software.
