Job summary

The Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club in Mid-Beach is seeking a Guest Experience Planner to anticipate guest needs and arrange experiences through local contacts. You will guide transportation, dining, and activity bookings to create memorable stays.

Ideal candidates are customer-service oriented with 1–2 years in hospitality, strong communication, and knowledge of Miami's attractions to tailor recommendations for each guest.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Familiar with local area and attractions.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Customer service experience preferred 1-2 years.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
• Prefer typing of 35 words per minute minimum.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with transportation, restaurant reservations, and local recommendations.
• Provide directions to meetings and events within the hotel.
• Coordinate with local merchants and service providers for guest needs.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and proactive problem-solving.
