Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill seeks a Service Leader to uphold a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, while training and guiding the restaurant crew. You will keep a clean, organized line with working equipment and step in on tasks when needed.

You will lead by example, oversee breaks and line schedules, and help develop future Service Leaders, with a strong emphasis on food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health department standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety on the line.
• Monitor temperature, time, and shelf life on the line following safety policies.
• Assist in resolving customer incidents and maintaining a positive experience.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew members.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and cash handling duties.
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked.
