Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and well-functioning equipment.
• Train and supervise restaurant crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist as needed.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house staff; mentor future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and cash handling policies.
