Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and a well-trained crew. You will maintain a clean, efficient line and assist with staffing, training, and administration as needed.

The role requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and restaurant operations. Previous restaurant experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and trained crew.
• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in; assist with other tasks when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; support training.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders and assist with office administration as needed.
• Ensure supplies and office equipment are stocked and functioning.
