Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You’ll keep the restaurant line clean, train crew, and support daily operations.

The role emphasizes food safety, customer recovery, and staff development in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include monitoring schedules, resolving incidents, and assisting with payroll and office paperwork while fostering a culture of service.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and checklists.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders and assist with office administration duties.
