Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You’ll help train the crew, supervise line operations, and support daily restaurant activities.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant experience, cash handling knowledge, and a strong understanding of food safety policies. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Must understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience handling cash and following cash policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Train and support restaurant crew; monitor line equipment and daily routines.
• Resolve customer incidents; manage breaks, shifts, and schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
