Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food and excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized line, supervising crew, and supporting training and shifts scheduling.

Responsibilities include resolving food quality issues, monitoring safety procedures, and assisting with office tasks as needed. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and equipment functioning; assist when not busy.
• Support training and development of all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and with office administration tasks.
