Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high‑quality food is prepared and served while training and guiding the restaurant crew.

The role covers line coordination, staffing, and tasks when not busy, with responsibilities from food safety to customer recovery and office duties. High school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, shelf lives, Daily Food Safety Checklist
• Resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Assist with office tasks: banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork
• Ensure office supplies and equipment are in working order
