Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining safe, high-quality food and by training the restaurant crew. The role involves keeping the line organized, equipment functioning, and assisting with office tasks as needed.

You will help resolve food quality issues, monitor crew breaks, and support scheduling and shift changes while developing future Service Leaders. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Support crew with timing, breaks, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and training for future leaders.
• Assist with office duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
