Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while training restaurant crew and maintaining a clean, efficient line.

The role requires hands-on leadership to monitor line safety, schedule crew shifts, and resolve incidents, with opportunities to develop future Service Leaders within a values-driven, people-first company.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and participate in performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration tasks and procure supplies as needed.
• Support with cashier operations, bank policies, and routine tasks.
