The role involves managing line flow, scheduling, and assisting with administrative duties to keep the operation smooth and compliant.

The position emphasizes developing front-of-house staff, handling customer incidents, and driving performance through effective supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Must understand and apply Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork is a plus.
• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality, great tasting food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Monitor line operations, scheduling, breaks, and shifts.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development.
• Help grow future Service Leaders within the team.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties and ordering of supplies.
