Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean line, ensure equipment works, and supervise crew training and shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, resolving quality issues, and supporting a productive, respectful team environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department guidelines.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help to resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature on the line, shelf life monitoring and daily food safety checklist adherence
• Help to resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew
• Assist with Crew performance reviews
