Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Support crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration and ensure office supplies and equipment are in order.
