Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served. You will keep a clean, organized line and help train the restaurant crew, while stepping in to complete tasks when needed.

The role involves supervising line operations, assisting with breaks and shifts, and supporting office duties such as banking and paperwork. Prior restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

• Food safety knowledge and health department awareness.
• Experience with office paperwork and administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep an organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks and shift changes.
• Assist with crew development and performance reviews.
• Perform miscellaneous office duties such as banking, cash handling, and paperwork.
