Job summary

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• High school diploma required; restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, and line time/temperature checks.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules; cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure supplies and equipment are in working order.
