Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by ensuring fast, friendly checkout experiences and trains crew on service.
• Leads the store to meet customer-service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising, ensuring brand standards.
• Handles opening/closing procedures and keeps the store clean and ready.
• Performs store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Maintains stock room and general store upkeep.
