Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership-minded crew member to deliver wow customer service, train and supervise crew, and manage front-end operations with a focus on maintaining brand standards. The role supports the store manager in daily duties and may include opening/closing tasks and merchandising execution.

The position requires at least a high school diploma, with 2 years of management experience preferred, and strong communication skills to handle day-to-day store needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Lead assigned store to achieve customer service goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Open/close procedures, store cleanliness, and stock handling.
• Recruits, trains, and coaches crew members; supports store manager.
