Job summary

Five Below in Spartanburg, SC 29307 is looking for a Customer Experience Manager to lead the store team and deliver WOW service to every guest.

You will train crew on the B.E.S.T. experience, drive front-end operations, merchandising and brand standards, and supervise opening and closing procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, college experience preferred, and at least 2 years of management experience, plus strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals as directed by District Manager.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is functional; train associates as applicable.
• Handle opening/closing procedures; keep store clean and guest-ready.
• Perform store manager duties in the manager's absence.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members.
• Review corporate communications and coordinate with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain stock room and store maintenance tasks.
