Aufgaben

• Wowing the Customer through personal contact; train crew on service.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates; ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty; handle store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store; secure cash, doors, alarms, and daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising; World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance such as cleaning and stock room upkeep.
