Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking an energetic Store Leader in Spartanburg, SC to guide front-end operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will coach a team, manage daily tasks, and help drive sales in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive, engaging store environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members deliver outstanding customer service.
• Train crew on the BE.S.T. customer service experience to ensure a fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Maintain front-end equipment and train associates.
• Perform opening/closing procedures; keep store clean and ready for customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
