Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and provides fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Handles opening/closing procedures, store cleanliness, and stock readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds accordingly.
• Collaborates with the leadership team on merchandising and recovery.
• May perform maintenance tasks and stock room activities.
