Job summary

Five Below in Byrnes Downs, SC is seeking an energetic retail leader to wow customers from checkout to stockroom. You will train crew on the BEST customer service experience, oversee daily store operations, and act as Manager on Duty when needed.

You’ll help receive and organize stock, support onboarding, drive sales by merchandising and service, and partner with the store leadership team to maintain a fast, friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with fast, friendly checkout and service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store operations and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new inventory.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, and ensure daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and cooperate with leadership on merchandising.
