Job summary

Target is seeking a Service & Engagement Executive Team Leader in Hermitage, PA to lead guest experience and store operations. You will recruit, develop and coach a team of Guest Advocates and leaders to deliver exceptional service and sales results.

• Manage training follow-up, measure understanding and provide ongoing development.
• Lead performance conversations and coach teams to improve guest experience.
• Ensure schedules support peak traffic times and major promotions.
