Target is hiring a Service & Engagement Team Leader in Carlisle, PA to supervise and develop hourly Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants. You will manage daily operations, coach and interview teammates, and help deliver an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience while meeting sales and service goals.

You should be prepared for a fast-paced retail environment, have strong communication, and lead by example.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead a team.
