You will coach team members, participate in hiring, manage in-store performance, and help balance store budgets and labor hours while ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience managing business operations and administration.
• Experience leading initiatives to improve guest experience and team performance.
• Experience in a retail or store-operations environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor guest experience and product education, coaching team members.
• Manage scheduling, in-store operations, and performance feedback.
• Support Store Manager in hiring and building a diverse team.
• Accountable for delegated budget and labor hours.
