Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the location of the store.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members to deliver quality guest experiences.
• Provide retail floor leadership to ensure efficient coverage and store operations.
• Partner with managers to review data and inform planning and hiring strategies.
• Maintain product presentation and visual merchandising; ensure stock and restock are handled.
