The role requires at least 1 year of people management and leadership experience, with a focus on improving guest satisfaction, teamwork, and productivity in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience managing business operations
• Experience in retail or service environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members on the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide floor leadership and make in-the-moment decisions for store operations.
• Review business data and metrics to inform planning and hiring decisions.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store following procedures; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage delegated aspects of budget and labor hours.
