Job summary

lululemon is hiring an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead frontline teams, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold store standards. You will drive inclusion, coach staff, and manage daily operations to sustain a welcoming, high-performing store culture.

You will partner with Store Manager to plan staffing, training, and budgeting while guiding teams through performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• 1 year people management experience
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing business operations and administration
• Schedule/Availability: variable schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage, and develop team members; foster inclusive team environment
• Provide retail floor leadership to team members and address guest needs; make in-the-moment decisions for floor coverage
• Partner with managers to review data and plan; maintain product presentation and store standards
• Open and close the store according to procedures; ensure safety and policy compliance
• Own delegated aspects of budget and labor hours; lead subset of store employees under Store Manager
