Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience including managing business operations and administration and managing projects or processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to build, manage and develop team members.
• Create an inclusive team environment and support performance feedback and development.
• Oversee guest experience on the floor and address guest feedback and escalations.
• Partner with managers to review business data and inform planning and scheduling.
• Open/close store and maintain safe, compliant operations.
