Job summary

Lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, providing technical product education to meet each guest's needs and drive daily sales goals as part of the store leadership team.

You will influence hiring decisions, coach team members, and maintain an inclusive, high‑performing environment while leading by example during varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma or GED or above.

Responsibilities

• Lead the guest experience framework on the floor to deliver inclusive service.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education when needed.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to lead the floor and meet sales goals.
• Oversee store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
