Job summary

Responsibilities include acting as Supervisor on Duty, input into hiring, coaching the team, and creating an inclusive guest experience while maintaining store readiness and operational excellence. Availability includes varied shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty and provide technical product education to guests
• Drive store performance by achieving daily sales or unit targets
• Participate in hiring decisions, onboarding and training of team members
• Coach team with direct feedback and recognition to encourage learning and development
• Open/close the store following procedures and maintain operational excellence
