Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in our Colorado store to ensure a high-quality in-store experience for every guest. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and drive daily sales targets with the store team.

You will participate in hiring, coach team members, and help create an inclusive, engaging store environment that aligns with lululemon’s values and goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above (nice to have)

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life on the floor.
• Provide technical product education to guests and meet their unique needs.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to drive store performance.
• Open and close the store and ensure operational excellence.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide feedback, recognition, and coaching to team members.
• Foster an inclusive, fun, and productive team environment.
