Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading and driving excellence at every level.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to deliver high hospitality standards.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plans to promote the brand in the local community through events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
