Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and well-trained crew. This role requires hands-on leadership on the restaurant floor and across front-of-house operations.

You will guide food safety practices, train staff, manage line schedules, and support administrative duties while helping the team continuously improve guest service and food quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe food handling practices and health department requirements.
• Experience handling cash transactions and related policies.
• Familiarity with filing, record-keeping and basic office paperwork.
• Ability to understand and communicate in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety measures: hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks.
• Assist in resolving customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Assist with development of future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and banking policies.
• Maintain office equipment and ensure supplies are stocked.
