Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations and goals.
• Manage dining room flow, seating, and overall guest experience.
• Ensure side work and operational tasks are completed thoroughly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant.
• Collaborate with management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Effectively manage key stations, including the host stand, dining room floor, and expo.
