Job summary

Boston’s Restaurant and Sports Bar is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, and hourly supervisors, driving guest satisfaction and financial performance. You will report to the General Manager and oversee labor costs, staff performance, and service standards.

The role requires managing a fast-paced FOH operation, optimizing scheduling, and maintaining a welcoming dining atmosphere in line with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and budget awareness.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, lead, and manage a positive and fun restaurant culture.
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
• Schedule FOH team in accordance with budgeted targets and service goals.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and inviting guest environment.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per licensing authorities and Boston’s training guidelines.
• Other duties as required.
