Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to ensure a high-energy, customer-centric experience at our Waterloo, IA location. You will train and supervise crew, manage opening/closing, and maintain store cleanliness and stock readiness to meet service goals.

You will lead front-end operations, coordinate merchandising, and collaborate with the store team to deliver a WOW customer experience while adhering to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Open and close procedures, maintain store cleanliness and stock room readiness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members; delegate tasks.
• Coordinate front-end merchandising and ensure brand standards.
