Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers with personal contact.
• Trains crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Leads front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment works and staff are trained.
• Manages opening/closing, maintains cleanliness and readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit and develop crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and acts accordingly.
• Collaborates with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks: trash, sweeping, bathrooms, stockroom.
