Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Specialist to be the store’s front-end point person for hospitality, guest flow, and cash operations. You will lead by example, maintaining efficiency and ensuring consistent cash office controls and audits to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications include 2+ years in retail or hospitality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible example of hospitality and assist guests and team members with products and services.
• Direct and support cashiers to ensure smooth front-end flow and minimal backups.
• Execute cash office procedures and maintain cash, keys, and the safe.
• Lead the guest service team to maintain sanitation and front-end cleanliness.
• Support digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy while upholding brand standards.
• Engage guests with a friendly approach at the front-end and store-wide.
