Responsibilities

• Manage frontend guest flow and assist cashiers for smooth checkout.
• Execute and uphold cash office procedures and controls.
• Direct the guest service team to maintain cleanliness and sanitation at front end and restrooms.
• Support fulfillment of digital orders with speed, accuracy, and brand standards.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach throughout the store.
• Assist in managing the department, inventories, and minimize product loss.
